splashes
balsamic vinegar

fresh parsley
chopped (substitute with any herbs such as basil or dill)

(substitute with any edible flower such as nasturtium or pansies)
Instructions

Separate washed endives and arrange on a platter.
▢
Top with gorgonzola and nuts.
▢
Sprinkle with minced onion (optional)
▢
Salt and Pepper to taste.
▢
Lightly drizzle with olive oil & vinegar.
▢
Splash on
green drizzle.
▢
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley or other herbs.
▢
Top with violets.
